Currently we offer equipment collections at Gatwick airport, Brighton station, London Bridge Station, London Victoria Station, Eastbourne Station and Lewes Station.
A delivery service for every location is not yet available, however our team are very accommodating. Call our team on 07523246326 or email hires@southeast-strollers.com for amendments to your order.

You can cancel your order up to 12 hours in advance. Just email hires@southeast-strollers.com. your refund (including you deposit) will be processed within 3 working days.

You can order equipment up to 2 days prior to collection.

Each product is hand cleaned by a member of our team with baby safe cleaning products to ensure cleanliness and safety.

All items are charged at full price for the first three days. with 50% for every day over 3 days.

Depending on the severity of the damage, you may not receive your full deposit refund.
Superficial (and not functional damage) will not be charged as our teams can repair cosmetic damage.

You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before collection for a full 100% back. If you cancel after 12 before your booking, you will only be refunded 50%.
